George Zimmerman's Fight With DMX Cancelled by Promoter

 

George Zimmerman will not be going toe-to-toe with DMX in a celebrity boxing event ... and the promoter says it's because his conscience finally kicked in.

In an earlier report DMX has said he would piss on George Zimmerman's face (read it here) and George Zimmerman agreed to take the bait in a celebrity fight, but his promoter has finally cancelled the fight and announced on twitter his reason for cancelling the fight, see what he said:

Eddie Murphy's hot young daughters have  hijacked their mom and her fiancé Michael Strahan's boudoir for their recent sexy lingerie shoot.

Photographer Dimitri Ray -- who snapped the pics last Thursday -- says, the girls chose the master bed inside Nicole Murphy and Strahan's giant Bev Hills mansion as the shoot location ... presumably because it's big and fluffy and ... who the hell knows.

The girls didn't consult with mom and Michael -- who would have chosen a different location than the spot where they have sex.

FYI, Eddie and Nicole split in 2006. Nicole and Michael got engaged in 2009.

We're told it was 19-year-old Shayne's first attempt at modeling (not bad) but it's old hat for 24-year-old Bria. The photographer says the girls wanted to use the shots to pitch themselves to Victoria's Secret.

DMX: I'll Piss on George Zimmerman's Face

DMX says he'll be jailed if promoters allow him to step in a boxing ring with George Zimmerman ... because he'd break every boxing rule in the book -- then piss on his face.

The 43-year old rapper tells TMZ ... he's throwing his name out as a potential opponent for George's upcoming celebrity boxing gig -- just like The Game -- and says he wants to do it for "every black person who has been done wrong in the system."
