You need fluid that will hydrate and flush your body free of toxins. For you to stay hydrated you need to take at least 8 glasses of water every day.

2. Protect Your Skin From Harmful Ultra Violet (UV) Rays: No matter how much love you have for the sun,even if you want to have a beautiful tan, you still need to avoid the sun, or at least you need a good amount of sun screen. Exposure to too much sunshine or UV rays can cause skin cancer and it also causes your skin to age faster than it should, contributing to unsightly wrinkles.

3. Avoid Hard Scrubbing: When taking your bath, use a warm soft cloth. the Skin does not require scrubbing. scrubbing your skin will end up damaging it the more.

4. Eat Healthy: Your eating habit can also make a big difference Improper eating habits can cause depression, weight gain, illness and an overall lethargy.
